Volk® G-3 Gonio Lens (Three-Mirror)
Lenses
The Volk G-3 three-mirror gonio lens provides superior visualization of the angle, mid-peripheral and peripheral retina. Available in flanged design for laser trabeculoplasty, and no-flange for routine gonioscopy.
Volk® G-3 Gonio Lens (Three-Mirror)
VOLK
The Volk G-3 three-mirror gonio lens is an all-glass design that provides crystal-clear visualization of the iridocorneal angle as well as the mid-peripheral and peripheral retina up to the ora serrata. Combining Volk’s renowned optical quality with a Goldmann-style construction, the G-3 has become a trusted gold-standard tool for glaucoma specialists. It is available in three configurations: the Flanged version (VG3), which ensures stable contact and is ideal for laser trabeculoplasty, the No-Flange version (VG3NF), designed for efficient routine gonioscopy, and the Mini No-Flange version (VG3MININF), created for cases requiring a smaller contact diameter. The lens incorporates three mirrors angled at 60°, 66° and 76°, along with a central optic for a clear view of the posterior pole. Image magnification is 1.06× for the Flanged model, 1.03× for the No-Flange, and 1.0× for the Mini, while the laser spot magnification is 0.94×, 0.97× and 1.0× respectively. Contact diameter varies between 15 mm, 11.4 mm and 9.6 mm depending on the configuration. Each package includes the Volk G-3 lens, a protective case and the option for free engraving. The G-3 is widely used for gonioscopy and angle assessment, laser trabeculoplasty, and mid-peripheral to peripheral retinal examination.
