You can easily detect retinal abnormalities and accurately diagnose and assess Age-Related Macular Degeneration, following cup to disc ratios in patients and capillary hemorrhages. Dilation is required for optimal imaging, and the optical profile necessitates a longer working distance of 13 mm from the patient.
